I believe that teens, adults and families are the experts on their own lives, and they come to therapy because something is not working. Whatever the problem I do my best to help people identify what might be holding them back from a richer life. By encouraging the exploration of strengths, skills and positive stories, I can help people navigate particularly difficult times in life with curiosity, grace and respect.

In 2002, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and since 2007 I have been working with adults, adolescents and families.
